What you need:
3/4 cups Egg White Beaters
1 packet of Stevia
1/2 cups of oats
Step 1:
Toast your oats in a skillet and set aside.
Step 2:
Mix the toasted oats, eggs and your packet of stevia together and dump into a skillet
sprayed with Pam. Let cook for a min then flip (it's tricky so best of luck to you).
Step 3:
Once you are done you can put PB and Sugar Free Preserves.
You can also do fresh fruit :)
