Stuffed Bell Peppers


What you need:
1-4 Bell Peppers Halved and Seeded
1 Bag of Uncle Bens 90 Second Brown Rice
1 Can of Black Beans
1 Can of Corn
1 Small Can of Tomato Sauce (8oz)
1 Cup Seasoned Ground Turkey Meat 
1/4 Cup of Green Onions
Your Favorite Seasonings

Step One:

 Heat rice and dump into a bowl

Step Two:







Mix all your ingredients together and season with your favorite seasonings. 

Step Three:

Put your Peppers into a baking dish

Step Four:
Stuff Peppers and Bake at 350 Degrees for 30 minutes 

Step Five:
Cover with a few slices of Provolone and put back in oven about 5 minutes
until cheese is melted and gooey 

Step Six:
Plate and Enjoy
